I'm writing this from Kuantan, Malaysia.

We did it.

After months of planning, packing, saying bismillah and then packing again, we moved.

The kids start school this Monday.

My husband flies back to Canada tomorrow.

And from that point, it's me, three children, a new country, and the work that matters most to me in the world.

Solo parenting across a 12-hour time difference. In a new home. In a new season.

I'm not going to pretend that isn't a lot.

But I've learned something about hard seasons,

And what is essential for me, Alhamdulillah, has not changed.
